Datalynx Terms of Service

When we say ”company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, ”service” or ”services” in this document, we are referring to Docugenie Inc.

Note: The following Terms of Service apply to Plausible Analytics Cloud only and not to Plausible Analytics Self-Hosted which would be hosted on your own servers and therefore the Terms of Service isn’t needed.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will also announce them on our blog.

When you use our service, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service. That’s true for any of our existing and future products and all features that we add to our service over time. There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service; in doing so, we are not waiving that right or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) forms part of these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use this service. Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account. That’s a broad statement and it means you need to place a lot of trust in us. We do our best to deserve that trust by being open about who we are, how we work, and keeping an open door to your feedback.

Accounts and Subscription Plans

The Service is available to individuals and companies who have a registered account.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when registering an account and maintaining your profile.

We don't currently have subscription plans, and the access to our product is free for everybody who received the invitation.

You can request an export of your data in CSV format and deletion of your account and data at any time. We will process requests within 14 days.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to use our service to generate, visual data that includes any offensive, hateful, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to delete any prohibited content generated through our service and terminate accounts found to be in repeated violation of this policy.

Use Restrictions

Answers, visualizations and dashboards generated through our service can be shared, published or sold as you wish. However, your access credentials for the Service should be kept secure.

Changes to These Terms or Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this website. Modifications will be effective 30 days after posting.

Your continued use of the Service after 30 days will constitute acceptance of these changes. We also reserve the right to discontinue or terminate our service at any time (including the right to terminate with or without cause), effective with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of our service.

Notifications

We may provide notifications about changes to these Terms, our service or other matters by posting on our website, through our service or by email. It is your responsibility to regularly check for such notifications.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, special, incidental consequential or punitive damages beyond what we could have reasonably anticipated arising from your use of our service. However, we do not limit or exclude our liability for:

• Any damages arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Any liability related to the security, privacy or confidentiality of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
